Crusty Italian almond cookies!
Posted on October 12th, 2011 No commentsI published an almond cookie recipe here before, but I couldn’t leave you out of this one! These cookies are heavenly and delicious! They take a little bit more time to make, but it’s worth the effort.
- 100 gram (3.5 oz.) grounded almonds
- 50 gram (1.7 oz.) grated almonds
- 4 egg whites
- 100 gram (3.5 oz.) fine sugar
- 25 gram (0.9 oz.) flour
- baking paper
