Lebanese kibbeh with healthy Afghan yogurt sauce
Posted on October 28th, 2010 No commentsHere is something delicious from Lebanon. A Lebanese kibbeh recipe that fits extremely well with the famous Afghan yogurt sauce!
Ingredients:
* 125 gram (4.4 oz.) plain CousCous
* 500 gram (17.6 oz.) Chicken Fillet – sliced in small pieces
* 1 large Onion
* 4 pieces of flat Parsley – use the leaves only
* 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
* 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
* 2 pieces of Garlic
* 5 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* 50 gram (1.8 oz.) Pine-nuts
* 15 grams (0.5 oz.) of fresh Mint Leaves
* 1/2 yellow Paprika
